Awesome Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Sometimes you want fruity dessert, warm, topped with buttery sugary goodness, crispy. Sometimes without a lot of work you want all of that. That’s when a classic blueberry cobbler comes in handy. I think that we forget about some desserts.
Taking that first bite and they crispy top is so fantastic with the warm berries! Come spring and summer, With no specific use for them, I find myself snatching up all kinds of berries in mind. I just can’t resist them! Recently, with a variety of different berries, I found myself and decided with a warm, to use them all up at once, bubbly crumble.
This blueberry cobbler is so, so simple to make. Add a simple oat crumble, sweeten up some of your favorite berries, and pop it in the oven. Easy and Quick!
Any combination of berries you like, you can use, or if you prefer just stick to one berry. The one you see here was made with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. I recommend quartering or halving them If you do use a larger berry like strawberries so that they’re bite-size.
For something a little different, To the berry filling, I like to add just a bit of vanilla extract. To all of those berries, I love the way it complements. And don’t forget of the lemon juice, the traditional choice. To give this Blueberry Cobbler Recipe a great flavor almond extract will also be great.
I’ve always loved fruit pies but Classic Blueberry Cobbler is a great alternative as fruit pies sometimes they just seem like so much work! I like my Chocolate Mousse Recipe that I previously made. You can use any combination of berries you’d like – we decided from the farmer’s market, plus a bunch of blackberries, organic blueberries, and raspberries.

Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
Berry Base
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, or ghee
- 5-10 drops liquid stevia, optional

- 2 cups mixed berries (we used strawberries, blueberries
Crumble
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 tbsp butter, or coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5-10 drops liquid stevia, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Heat a medium-size skillet greased, to make the berry base, with butter or ghee over medium-high heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes after adding the berries or until softened. Add sweetener if necessary.
- Place pecans and almonds into a food processor. Add the vanilla extract, butter, cinnamon, stevia (if using) and sea salt. Until the mixture is chopped, pulse for a few seconds as roughly or as finely as you like.
- On top of the berries sprinkle the nut mixture and broil for about 7-10 minutes, until crisp on top and lightly browned.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes after transferring it to a cooling rack. Serve cold or warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon and dollop of whole milk yogurt on top.
