Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 pinch herbal salt
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • fresh dill
  • 8 cooked and peeled shrimp or strips of smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. In half, split the eggs and scoop out the yolks.
  2. On a plate, place the egg whites.
  3. Then with a fork mash the yolks and stir in herbal salt, Tabasco, and homemade mayonnaise.
  4. Put the mayonnaise in the egg whites and with a shrimp on each, top it, or a piece of smoked salmon.
  5. At last, decorate with dill and enjoy.
