Low Carb Keto Mug Bread
When you start a Ketogenic diet, we generally discard bread from our list. This keto mug bread is a fluffy, luscious, ready to smack together the meal of a sandwich or the surface to put everything from fried eggs to peanut butter.

- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp almond meal/flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Into your mug, add all the ingredients, and until well blended mix with a fork. The mixture will be very wet.
- Microwave on HIGH for 1 minutes. To make sure it's fully cooked, tap the top. Return to the microwave for another 20-30 seconds If it seems at all undercooked.
- To release the bread turn mug upside down, and let cool slightly before slicing.
- Enjoy immediately, Serve alone, or as a sandwich bun or toast for a crispier texture!
