I do recommend you toast this bread, It’s similar to a wholemeal slice only because it’s not as fluffy as it sounds. Don’t hesitate though! If you’re low on ingredients. However, in Ketogenic cooking, you probably already have the ingredients as they are quite common.

In the ketogenic community, this keto mug bread is quite popular. I initially started using it, when I first started keto, and have refined the recipe a little since then. To get it right, Keto Recipes can be a bit tricky, but to sink into my daily life this recipe has some time.

You’ll be shocked at its dense bread-like texture, upon first making it, and how quickly you can whip it up when needed. making it the perfect replacement for a breakfast sandwich burger bun or an English muffin. It’s perfectly round in size.
